Salmon is a source of highly digestible proteins. It is a rich source of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on mental development, cardiovascular system and metabolism (they lower the blood sugar content). Salmon improves the quality and appearance of the hair and skin. Turkey is a rich source of digestible proteins with a high content of microelements, especially zinc. It also contains vitamins B3 and B6 which influence brain activity, muscle tone and are essential for healthy development.
