1. Create an account
- On the top right corner click Create an account,
- Enter your e-mail address and password. Then repeat the password and click Create an account.

2. Log in to your account
- Using your unique login details log in to your account.





3. Start Shopping!
- Find the product/s you wish to purchase,
- Select the quantity you require, and click ADD,
- Your item/s will be added to your basket.





4. Confirm your selection
- Happy with your selection? Click the Shopping Cart icon on the top right of the page,
- Within the Shopping Cart you can review your products and add the assembly service,
- Before you proceed with the order, you will need to select the delivery method and service, payment method and the delivery date.

Don’t worry if you’ve missed something! Within the shopping cart you are able to change quantities and even remove items. If you have missed something click Continue Shopping to return to the online shop.





5. Delivery
- Once you’re satisfied with your items click the Order Now button on the bottom right of the page,
- Input your Billing and Shipping Details in the fields provided.





6. Confirm your order
- On the summary page you will find your goods ready to be ordered,
- When you are sure you have everything you need click Confirm Order.





7. Payment
- Once the order is confirmed, please click Pay,
- Depending on the payment method selected (Card or PayPal), you will be redirected to the payment page,
- Complete the payment,
- Once payment is received you will receive confirmation via email and the status of the order will be changed to paid, your order is now being processed.





8. Edit your account details
- Add company name
- Add VAT no.
- Change or add delivery address





9. Search for IKEA products





10. Change your password
