If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can file a complaint directly through your account.

Before you file a complaint, please note:

  • External damage must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery.
  • Internal damage must be reported via the system by the end of the delivery day.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after an item has been assembled.

How to file a complaint:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Go to Order History.
  3. Find the order you wish to complain about.
  4. Click COMPLAINT.
  5. Enter the reason for your complaint and click send.

We will reply to your complaint within 1-2 working days.


In the event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
