Complaints
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can file a complaint directly through your account.
Before you file a complaint, please note:
- External damage must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery.
- Internal damage must be reported via the system by the end of the delivery day.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after an item has been assembled.
How to file a complaint:
- Log in to My Account.
- Go to Order History.
- Find the order you wish to complain about.
- Click COMPLAINT.
- Enter the reason for your complaint and click send.
We will reply to your complaint within 1-2 working days.
In the event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
