Hello Support Team,

Unfortunately, I am unable to solve the issue amicably directly with the Seller.

According to the product description published by the Seller, the shoes were new, without tags ("only tried on"). On the photos, they looked indeed as new.

Unfortunately, when I received them, it turned out that not only weren't they new, but are also damaged. The shoes were sent to a parcel locker in a thin plastic envelope/bag. It was not damaged (I will attach photos as well as proof). I collected the parcel on 23-11-2023 in the evening, went straight home and opened the parcel.

When I saw the condition of the shoes, I immediately took photos - the soles are clearly worn out (it wouldn't be a problem but it proves the shoes are used), the heels have deep scratches on them and some of them are retouched with black paint but they are clearly visible (one is 3cm long), one of the straps on the inner side is rubbed off (which wouldn't be a problem as it is slightly visible but it also proves the shoes were used).

If the shoes were only used, I would have accepted them. But since the heels are so badly damaged and the Seller denies the responsibility and even accused me of damaging the shoes (how could I scratch the heels, cover them with paint and also wear out the soles in 15 minutes?), I have decided I would not leave the case like this. I'm relatively new in this community but to me Vinted is a fantastic market place and people whom I bough from were all hones and kind. I'd really prefer it'd stay this way without people who try to cheat others.

I will attach photos as proof. Since the product doesn't match the description - instead of new without tags, it is used and damaged - I'd like to send it back to the Seller.

Please assist.
