The propanediol (vegetable glycol) contained in the vegan recipe moisturizes the skin and prevents excessive water loss, and glycerin protects it from the harmful effects of external factors.

APPLICATION:
The easiest way to apply the base is to tap it on the eyelid with your finger just before applying the shadows. Try not to rub it to the sides so that there is the same amount of product in each place. Apply the base on the entire eyelid – both on its movable part and under the eyebrow arch.

MAKEUP ARTIST’S TRICK:
If you want to bring out the maximum color intensity from the shadow, apply it on a wet base. If you want the make-up effect to be super-long-lasting, but subtle (or you are not a master of blending yet), powder your eyelids between applying the base and shadows.
